Testimonials:
Linda -
I’m more than happy to send off a testimonial for you. As you know, I used your services a couple of years ago after our home sat, unsold, for 30 days--unheard-of in the booming Southern California market. Neither our agent nor my wife and I could figure out the problem; we had “everything going for us”…except a buyer!
Now, I have to admit, I was as skeptical as they come. But my wife convinced me that we’d tried the regular avenues and nothing was working. So we called you.
Even though you were busy (more so now with the housing bubble bursting, I’ll bet), it only took a couple of days before you had contacted us with what you saw as the problem--an angry neighbor with a vendetta. I wouldn’t have thought that would have made a difference, but it did. You began working your magic, gave us a list of things to do on our end and before the month was out our house sold for the asking price.
You’ve known me for years and know I’m not one for “airy-fairy” approaches. I have to admit, I’m glad we had you on our side. These days in real estate, you never know what makes a buyer choose one house over the other and every seller deserves whatever advantage he can get.
Thanks from two happy customers.

Thanks for the work you did on our house.
As I’m sure you remember, we had nothing but problems with it from the beginning. The sale fell through more than once and we were getting desperate. I don’t know what you did, but it worked.
Sincerely,

A few weeks ago, I made a decision to contact you for some help with my house. It had been on the market for nearly a year (yes, there are still places where it takes that long to sell a house) with only a couple of really low offers. My husband and I took it off the market and did some remodeling to update it, and still no offers of value.
You talked with us for quite a while, asking about our history with the house, our plans for our new life, etc. Then you gave us a list of things to talk about ourselves. Apparently, you noticed some things that seemed to be blocking the sale. We agreed to do what you asked.
We talked about where we wanted to go, how much we really loved where we were, and what might be in the way of our move. We discovered, in talking with each other, that neither my husband nor I wanted to move. We hadn’t even admitted it to each other. So we talked about the move and managed to get excited about it, and lo and behold, we got an offer from some people who had seen the house last year. They had really liked it, but their move fell through and they gave up on our house. They came back in town and were shocked that it was still for sale.
To make a long story short, our house is sold and we’re ready to move. Thank you for all your help. I’ll tell everybody I know that your service is amazing.
Regards,

I’ve been a Realtor for many, many years and I thought I’d seen everything. Don’t let this secret out--I don’t need the competition.

I have used your services many times now and am completely satisfied.
I initially consulted you about clearing a property we owned that had some “strange” happenings on it. We had a spot in the backyard where nothing would grow (no matter what we tried). You checked on it and asked us if we had things that seemed to “disappear” around the house and then reappear in odd places. You also asked if we had problems with losing track of time when we were in the house.
We had always had problems with misplacing things in this house, but it wasn’t until our conversation that we realized that some workmen doing remodeling for us had started to complain that their tools were missing. They thought we might have had a thief except the tools turned up hours later--across the yard, in the basement, etc.
We also had laughed about never knowing exactly what time it was. We had chalked it up to being too busy and getting old. But when we put the house on the market to sell it, we noticed that people would come to look and promised to stay for “just a few minutes” and end up leaving an hour later. The statement was always “I don’t know where the time went!”
You said you knew what the problem was so you cleared the property and things immediately cleared up. The work got done and the house sold right away.
I was ready to call you from the start when we put our next house on the market, but you told us to wait a bit and see if the house sold on its own. Sure enough, it did. We were surprised--we didn’t think anybody would pass up the opportunity to make more money these days. We appreciate your honesty about the need for your services and because of that we have used you again and will continue to in the future.
Thank you again.

Here’s the deal--I have a condo in San Francisco that should have sold immediately when it went on the market but it just sat there for weeks. A friend of mine told me about you and I figured I had nothing to lose, so I contacted you. I was amazed that you could start working on my place right away, so I signed up. I don’t know what you did, but the number of showings doubled in the first week and I got an offer the second week!
My advice to anyone needing some help selling their place is to get in touch with you as soon as possible!

What are the ethics involved in tooting your own horn? Hmmmmm - here goes anyway:
I had a home in a nice, family neighborhood in small town in western Montana. Other homes on the same block had been for sale for months; taken off the market for a period of time; re-priced and put back on; etc. Months turned into years as the housing market in that area fluctuated.
A couple of years ago, I needed to sell and relocate. Now, my house wasn't a showplace - it was 40 years old and had its challenges but it also had its charm. Working with a terrific Realtor, we priced the home fairly and put it on the market. Because I didn't want to wait a year or two and because I knew what to do to get it moving, I immediately set to work clearing the energies.
Long story short--the house was on the market less than a week; we got 2 offers, one for the full asking price; and everything was wrapped up in less than a month.
What better way to prove that something works than to try it on yourself?
I sincerely look forward to clearing your property--and getting your house sold!
