My Fees:


For homeowners:

$250 USD per property. This is a one-time fee—I continue to work with you until the property is sold, or you have decided not to sell.

      



For Realtors:

Increase your business--1 month - $225 USD
    I will work to increase the traffic at open houses; the number of transactions during the month; and keep your buyers, sellers, contractors, inspectors, etc. calm and happy to work with you.

Property clearing - $250 USD per property

Increase your business for 1 month + clear one property - $350 USD
    If you would like my assistance with increasing your business and you have a property you'd like cleared, this is a great deal! Save $125!



Realtor Options


All fees are due before work begins. All payments are made through PayPal - so your transaction is secure. Your financial information is held with them - I never see it.

My Location:


Because I'm using the Quantum Physics principle that everything is connected, I am able to do the work without needing to come on site—in fact, it seems to work best if I don't.

Be assured that wherever you are—worldwide—I'm able to provide the clearing services you need.


Confidentiality:


I am very sensitive to many people's feelings about this type of work and absolutely will not release your name or any information about you, your property, or the details of the clearing without permission from you.

When you send a testimonial, I never release your last name or address, other than city and state. If you prefer, I will even eliminate those.
