Wow—what a challenging job you have these days! But what a wonderful service you are providing—being part of finding the perfect home for a buyer and/or helping a seller move on to the next place. What you do is vital—and I am not here to replace you. In fact, it's quite the opposite. We work as a team—you know your market and your clients better than anyone. My job is to support your already-stellar efforts to get the result you know can happen—a sold property, a contented buyer, and a happy seller.

I have worked extensively with Realtors this past year—supposedly the worst year so far—with banner sales figures all around. All it takes on your part is the willingness to step outside the box—and a willingness to defy convention.
