It makes no sense -

The price is right; the neighborhood is friendly; the home is wonderful and...there it sits. Deals have fallen through. There have been no offers. There may even have been no showings. Properties that used to sell in days now take weeks or months. Some remain unsold for a year or more—and bidding wars are a distant memory.

All you need is one buyer. But...
  
That's where I come in.

The reasons a home doesn't sell are usually quite simple--but to overcome them requires an awareness of the subtle energy patterns that are keeping the property in its "stuck" position. Staging, painting, lighting, etc. can all help...but often that isn't enough. The fundamental block to the sale needs to be addressed and eliminated—by getting to the root of the problem.


Each property is unique, but I've found the main reasons to be:

1. The current owner has an attachment to the house. He or she may not really want to sell the house, but feels s/he must--due to divorce, financial challenges, etc. Changing the pattern(s) shifts the person's "field" and enables them to let go of the house and allow the sale.

2. "Stuck" energies (This happens frequently if there has been a death in the home, and the Spirit doesn't realize it's on the other side. Some people see them as "ghosts"); old thoughtforms; and heavy, dark negative energies. The "signature" of a previous owner that may be living there in Spirit can often prevent the sale of the home--or "allow" only a specific buyer. Sometimes the sale falls through for no apparent reason because of these energies. Releasing them from the house frees it for sale.

3. When a home has been remodeled, the "soul" of the building may have been fragmented, and chaos often follows. By connecting with the "Spirit" of the house and soothing the energies, the less-than-beneficial effects of "unaware" construction can be neutralized.
 

With more than 30 years' experience working with energy, I know how to identify the patterns in place and, most importantly, how to shift and release them.

Gone are the days of smudging, burning incense, and banging gongs. I work with the principles of Quantum Physics and energy sensitivity to clear the energies of the seller, the agents, the future buyer, as well as the house itself—even the neighbors—to get your property SOLD.

I don't just work with homes that are for sale—even though that's my specialty. I also clear non-Physical entities from homes that aren't for sale; and I work with the energetic residue from past renters, former spouses, unhappy employees, former owners in bank-owned properties, etc.

Your possessions have energetic signatures and carry patterns as well. If your home or business is full of antiques or flea-market finds, you may be playing host to a number of uninvited guests. Even a decline in business can often be attributed to "stuck" patterns.
